We want you to get your Good Line order ASAP! Here are some things to note when it comes to shipping:
- We are not responsible for any refused, undeliverable, or incorrect address packages.
- If you believe your package to be stolen or lost please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and report the lost package or stolen. Please provide them with your tracking number, delivery address and contact information. You must file this report within 14 days of the original shipment date.
SHIPPING CUT OFF TIMES
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight and Express orders are shipped out the same business day if received by 11am EST. Orders received after 11am EST will ship out the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Our recommended ship-by date for International holidays is November 18th. Please be sure to order by this date to ensure you receive your package in time for the holidays. Please note that we can not guarantee a delivery date due to customs and holiday delays.
HOLIDAY/WEATHER/COVID RELATED DELAYS
Estimated shipping days are based on our shipping partners. Higher shipping volume times of year during the holidays (e.g October - December) might cause expanded shipping days. Weather related and Covid delays could also cause longer than expected shipping times. Good Lines is not responsible for these delays.

We currently offer FREE shipping on all US orders of over $20. Expedited and overnight shipping is offered at an additional cost.
All include in country and delivery confirmation. Delivery date range depends on country, seasonal, and carriers workloads.
Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties applied by international countries. The buyer is responsible for paying these. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by customs or package inspections by international countries.
UK & EU orders - To get your order to you, we’ve partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. Expedited shipments will contain the tracking information, delivery confirmation as well as a link to track your package online. Please note that free 5-10 day shipping does not include tracking information or delivery confirmation.
