What is your domestic exchange and return policy?
We want you to love Good Lines as much as we do!
If you need to initiate a return or exchangem please send an email to email@example.com, including your initial order number and a brief description of your inquiry. Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 4PM EST and will assist you with the process.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Good Lines purchase, you can return the product within 21 days from the date it was shipped you, and recieve a full refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Didn’t buy the right size? We’ve been there. You can exchange Good Lines for a different size in the same style within 21 days from the date your order was shipped.
What is your international exchange and return policy?
International Return Policy:
For international orders, if you are not completely satisfied with your Good Lines purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date it was shipped you, and recieve a full refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
International Exchange Policy:
Didn’t buy the right size? We’ve been there. You can exchange Good Lines for a different size in the same style within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Our exchange and return policies are designed to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience.
We prioritize getting your boob tape to you as quickly as possible! Here are some important details to keep in mind regarding shipping:
- Shipping Schedule: Our packages are shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. If you place an expedited or next day order on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day..
- Same-Day Shipping: We strive to ensure that all expedited and next day orders placed before 11 AM EST are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will ship the following business day.
- Address Changes: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address before completing your order, as we are unable to make any address changes once an order is submitted. Our team cannot modify your address once a tracking number has been assigned to your order.
All quoted shipping times are estimates based on our shipping partners. Kindly be aware that during peak shipping months (ie: October-December), there may be extended shipping times due to higher volumes. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, pandemics, customs, and inspections.
Here is a list of 2024 national holidays on which we do not ship packages:
January 1, New Year’s Day, January 15th Martin Luther King Jr. Day, February 19th Presidents' Day, May 27th Memorial Day, June 19th Juneteenth, July 4th Independence Day, September 2nd Labor Day, October 14th Columbus Day, November 11th Veterans Day, November 28 Thanksgiving Day, November 29th the day after Thanksgiving, December 25th Christmas Day.
- All international shipping options come with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that the delivery date range provided by carriers is an estimate.
- Taxes, duties, or custom fees applied by international countries are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not accountable for these charges.
- Delays in shipping caused by customs or package inspections by international countries are beyond our control.
- For International holidays, we recommend placing your order by November 10th to ensure timely delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to customs and holiday delays.
UK & EU Orders:
- To ensure smooth delivery, we have partnered with Passport Shipping. They will act as the Seller for all orders under £135 to the UK and orders under €150 to the EU.
Good Lines was initially designed as a solution for larger bust sizes, but is suitable and effective for breasts of all sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart to determine your correct size. If you're unsure of your size, it's always recommended to choose the larger option. The tape can be easily trimmed to fit your needs.

No! Generally, our rule of thumb is if you can lift your breast with one hand to get the look (lift) you want, then Good Lines should work for you. If when you lift your breast with one hand and cannot get the shape and look you want - Good Lines may not work for you. Also, please note that our products are not to be used by women who are pregnant or breast feeding (wait until 6 months post either of these to use), or have sensitive or thin skin. The same goes for diabetic or pre-diabetic women.
Strong - Our standard strong and comfortable adhesive made for most women. Recommended for bell shape, round, and heavy breasts.
Extreme - Our strongest and stickiest adhesive with some serious hold! Extreme is for women with very oily skin and extremely heavy breasts. We advise purchasing the Strong Adhesive first if you’ve never used Good Lines before. Only purchase extreme if the strong hold did not work for you.
When removing Good Lines, if you find that there is any adhesive left on your skin, you can use any type of oil (olive, coconut, baby etc) to remove any residual adhesive. Just saturate a cotton pad in the oil and rub the area of residual adhesive - it should come right off!
If you are a first time user, please wear Good Lines for 2-3 hours to see how your skin reacts.
Each bra is for one-time use only. Once it has stuck to the skin (or any other surface), it will not re-stick again. Do not wear our products two days in a row. Please remove Good Lines and see your doctor immediately if you experience itching, swelling, a rash or discomfort.
Good Lines products are not intended for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, pre-diabetic or diabetic individuals who have thin or sensitive skin. It is common for breasts and skin to become more sensitive when women are pregnant and breastfeeding (please wait 6 months post lactation or pregnancy to start using). We caution women to not use the product due to possible skin reactions. We always err on the side of caution especially when it comes to mothers and mothers to be. Women with thin or sensitive skin can not use our products under any circumstances. The health and well-being of women is our number one priority!
Our sticky bras are waterproof and sweat-proof! Wearing Good Lines under a bathing suit is actually one of our most common uses. Check out our favorite hack for the summer here! However, we strongly recommend you do not sunbathe in our products. Excessive heat or sun exposure can make the adhesive too hot, which can hurt (or burn) your skin. Do not expose our product to prolonged sun and heat exposure. Do not wear our products two days in a row. Please remove Good Lines and see your doctor immediately if you experience itching, swelling, a rash or discomfort.
Don’t worry! Wrinkles are okay and normal. You will not be able to see small wrinkles under clothes. If you want an extra lift, we advise using two layers of Boob Tape. Put the first layer on as you normally would. Then add a second layer using our Straight Tape product to get that desired extra lift.
Removing our boob tape is easy, if you do it right! When you are ready to take off our bras, please saturate the tape in any oil and let it soak in for at least 15 minutes. When we say saturate, we mean SOAK the bras. This timing is important because the oil will eat away at the adhesive and loosen the bond from the skin. Once 15 minutes has passed, you can start gently removing the tape with your hands, and add extra oil as needed to any spots that still might be sticking. You can use baby oil, body oil, coconut oil, canola oil, olive oil... whatever you have at hand!
No, we do not recommend putting Good Lines products over scars. This includes all types of scars whether from surgery, injury, acne etc.
We do not recommend wearing Good Lines if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic. This is due to thinning skin that can be very sensative to adehsives.
