Order Status & Shipping

Thank you for purchasing Good Lines, and trusting us to support you and 'your girls'. If you are reading this, chances are you are looking for more information about your order status and shipping.

After you checked out on the Good Lines website (the only place we sell our products) you should have received an order confirmation from us via email from support@goodlines.com. It should look something like this:

From the email, you can click on "view your order" to see if our team has processed a shipping label for your package. Once a shipping label is generated, you can follow the tracking number until arrival. 

We want you to get your boob tape ASAP! Here are some things to note when it comes to shipping:

- We ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship any packages on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will go out on Monday or the following business day if Monday is a national holiday.

Expedited and overnight orders placed before 11 AM PST will go out the same business day.  Any orders placed after 11 AM PST will go out the following business day.

We are not able to make ANY address changes to your orders once an order is submitted. Please double check you have the right shipping address before you checkout and pay. Our Team is not able to change your address once a tracking number has been assigned to your order.

- All quoted shipping times are estimated shipping days are based on our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). There are certain months (i.e. October-December) that have a higher shipping volume which may cause expanded shipping days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control. This includes but is not limited to weather, pandemic, customs and inspections etc.

Below is a list on national holidays we do not ship on:


January 1st New Year’s Day, January 18th Martin Luther King Jr. Day, February 25th Washington’s Birthday, May 31st Memorial Day, July 4th Independence Day (observed July 5th), September 8th Labor Day, October 11th Columbus Day, November 11th Veterans Day, November 24th & 25th Thanksgiving Day, December 24th & 25th Christmas, December 31st & January 1st New Years.

Expedited shipping (3 Business Days) and overnight shipping is also available. Expedited orders and overnight orders placed before 11AM PST will be shipped same business day, orders placed after 11AM PST will be shipped the following business day. This option does include tracking. Please not that due to Covid there could be delays that are out of our control.

All international shipping options include tracking and delivery confirmation.  Delivery date range given by carriers is an estimate.  Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or custom fees applied by international countries; the buyer is responsible for paying these. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by customs or package inspections by international countries.
