HERE IS A QUICK STEP BY STEP:
- Start by applying Nipple Covers
- BeginĀ applying small strips (she is using 2-3 inches above) the goal with the small strips is to start getting SOME lift, don't worry this isn't the FULL lift
- Start with the inner side of the nipple and work your way out (make sure you stick the tape below the base of the Nipple Covers as the tape only sticks to your skin)
- Now start with the longer strips somewhere (she is using 4 inch strips here) in the middle between the last 2 outside strips (make sure you start these strips below the shorter ones so you can lift up your boobs to the desired place)
- DO NOT END THE TAPE ON THE OTHER TAPE make sure you stick to your skin
- Continue doing this until finish and do not forget to pull up and rub to activate the braĀ
